Google API Services Compliance Notice:
DevPlay Console Tool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the
Limited Use requirements.
1. Overview
Welcome to DevPlay Console Tool ("devplay-console-auth-app", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting user privacy, developer credentials, and Google user data. This Privacy Policy governs our desktop software application and website, explaining how Google OAuth user data and personal information are processed, protected, retained, and deleted.
2. Information We Access via Google OAuth APIs
When you authenticate using Google Sign-In or connect your Google Play Console developer account, our application requests access strictly necessary to automate your app publishing and store management:
- Basic Profile & Account Information: Email address and profile name (used solely for user session verification).
- Google Play Developer API Scopes: Access to manage Android app bundles (AAB/APK), release tracks, store listings, and publishing status on the Google Play Console.
3. Data Protection Mechanisms (Security Disclosures)
We enforce industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical data protection mechanisms to secure all user data and Google OAuth credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss:
- Client-Side Local Storage & Isolation: Google OAuth tokens, Refresh Tokens, and Service Account JSON credentials are stored locally on your personal computer in OS-level encrypted storage. They are never uploaded, stored, or processed on our remote web servers.
- In-Transit Encryption (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3): All API communications between the DevPlay Console desktop software and Google servers (`https://androidpublisher.googleapis.com` and `https://accounts.google.com`) are encrypted using high-grade HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3 protocols.
- Zero Third-Party Data Transfer: We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer any Google user data, developer tokens, or API credentials to third parties under any circumstances.
- Limited Use Compliance: User data obtained through Google OAuth is utilized strictly to provide user-requested features (app publishing automation) and is not used for advertising, surveillance, or AI/ML model training.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
We maintain strict rules governing how long Google user data is retained and provide transparent mechanisms for users to request data deletion:
A. Data Retention Policy
- Remote Server Retention: Zero (0) Days. DevPlay Console Tool remote servers store NO Google user data, OAuth tokens, API keys, or Google Play Console account details.
- Local Client Retention: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on your PC only for as long as your session remains active or until you explicitly log out or remove your account.
B. Data Deletion & Revocation Mechanisms
Users can delete or revoke access to their Google user data at any time through the following methods:
- In-App Immediate Data Purge: Inside the DevPlay Console Tool desktop software, navigate to Settings / Account and click "Log Out" or "Clear Stored Credentials". This will instantly and permanently erase all cached Google OAuth tokens and JSON credentials from your local device.
- Google Account Security Revocation: You can revoke DevPlay Console Tool's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Security Account Permissions and removing access for "devplay-console-auth-app".
- Account & Data Deletion Requests: To request complete deletion of any registered license or website account information, email our dedicated support team at support@devplayconsole.in. All requests will be processed permanently within 48 hours.
5. Information Collected via Website & Billing
When purchasing a software license on our website, we collect minimal operational information:
- Name and Email address (for license key delivery).
- Hardware Machine ID (HWID) to bind your active software license to designated PCs.
- Payment gateway metadata provided by verified payment processors (Stripe / Razorpay). Payment card details are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant processors and are never stored on our servers.
6. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in Google API policies or legal standards. Updated versions will be published on this URL with an updated revision date.
